Shipping
We offer free US shipping for orders over $50. For orders under 50$, we charge a $3.99 flat fee. Items take 4-7 days to arrive on average unless you select the 2 day shipping option at a surcharge.
For Canadian customers, depending on local customs clearance, items may take up to 14 days to arrive but average time is one week.
We also ship world-wide, please enter your address at check out to see the charges.
For Canadian/International orders there may be additional local duty charges at the customer’s expense.
Please note: gift cards are delivered electronically and do not count towards the free shipping thresholds. The customer is responsible for making sure the order and address is correct.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a refund of the purchase price. For US orders a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order number or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return.
